Refund policy

 Hand smocked custom items are non-refundable because of the manner of these items we cannot do refunds and returns unless the item is defective.

Please note that while some of our items are in stock and ready to ship, most are preorders. Note the ESTIMATED arrival time on each item. If ordering in stock items AND preorder items, ALL items will be mailed TOGETHER once the last item has arrived to Cher Petit Boutique. If an in stock item is needed asap, please purchase separately from preorders. Please inspect all orders immediately upon receiving. If a return or exchange is needed, please notify us by email within 48 hours. If a different size is needed and available, we will be happy to exchange upon receipt of the original item.
